On a quest for service excellence, The University of Cincinnati began its journey to ITIL Island. There were many dangers and pitfalls as they navigated the terrain of Incident Inlet and Request Row in their Agile Jeep Crocodile. This session will take you through their journey thus far and you’ll continue through the unchartered territory of Gap Valley as you learn the importance of milestones like self-service, service catalogs, major incident communication models, toolset reconfiguration, and more. In the end, you’ll leave with your own trail map to service excellence!
